SafeKarachi is a comprehensive tech solution designed to address urban insecurity through data-driven insights. The project aims to empower citizens by providing a real-time platform for reporting incidents, which are then processed using machine learning to identify high-risk "red zones" and predict crime patterns. By integrating natural language processing (NLP) to categorize reports and a geospatial dashboard for visualization, the system assists law enforcement in efficient resource allocation. The ultimate goal is to foster a safer urban environment by bridging the gap between community reporting and actionable intelligence, ensuring that Karachi’s residents have access to live, reliable safety data.
